Some N-Power beneficiaries raised concerns about an email purportedly sent to them by Nasims instructing them to click a link to reset their password.
This email invitation is causing confusion among Npower beneficiaries because the validity of the message has yet to be officially confirmed by the Npower management team, despite the fact that the Nasims portal has been suspended.
Below is the email invitation claimed to have received by Npower beneficiaries:
Please, click the link below to Reset Your Password. We may need to send you critical information about our service and it is important that we have an accurate email address.
In line with this, the Npower beneficiaries have called on the Npower management to release an official statement clarifying this issue to protect beneficiaries from falling for scammers.
Knowing that payment of 9 months of outstanding stipends of the Npower beneficiaries is set to be paid soon, some beneficiaries are afraid to make any mistake that will affect their payment since their payment information is already with the Npower management.
The Npower beneficiaries call on Npower management to release an official statement regarding this matter.
