The DevCareer Tech Program 2023 is now accepting applications. The non-profit organization DevCareer collaborates with the UK-Nigeria Tech Hub to upskill 1700 technology enthusiasts through the DevCareer tech program. DevCareer’s mission is to help underrepresented digital talent into the profession by providing tools, scholarships in conjunction with learning platforms, cultivating an inclusive community, and exploring creative techniques.
The DevCareer tech program in Nigeria is a 6-month curriculum for individuals looking to advance in their software development careers. Software Development, Product Management, and Product Design will be taught to participants. Throughout the program, mentors will provide guidance and assistance.
Through a Learning Management System, this comprehensive program provides virtual live classes, peer learning sessions, training workshops, and visual learning resources. It emphasizes both curriculum and extracurricular activities, such as project-based learning with hands-on activities and regular assessments to track participants’ development.

DevCareer Tech Program 2023 Eligibility
- The DevCareer tech program welcomes young people from all communities in Nigeria, regardless of gender or educational background.
- The program is geared towards newbie and intermediate-level techies who wish to take a big leap in their budding careers in the dynamic world of technology, at no cost.
DevCareer Tech Program 2023 Application
In this program, participants will enter into a guided learning at an average of 15hour/week commitment level. The component of the 6-month long program is 100% virtual; think of workshops, live classes, peer learning sessions, LMS, mentorship etc. Task-based approach to learning will be employed as such assessment, quizzes, tests, and projects will be conducted at healthy intervals.
