Women Techsters Fellowship Program Class of 2024 Application
The Women Techsters program is a FREE one-year experiential learning technology upskilling program that equips young girls and women in Africa aged 16 to 40 with worldwide in-demand skills needed to launch careers and businesses in technology. The initiative intends to close the digital and technological knowledge gap between men and women in the technology ecosystem, as well as to provide women and girls with equitable access to technology possibilities.
The Women Techsters Fellowship is an extremely competitive program, with only the top 3% of applicants accepted. The Fellowship program will begin in September 2023 and will last one year. The first six months are dedicated to virtual technical and soft skills training, while the latter six months are dedicated to experiential learning (internship) or business incubation and mentorship.
Kindly note that technical and soft skills are pre-requisite to accessing internship and mentorship opportunities in the Women Techsters Fellowship Program.
